Not just no, but heck no. My use of the site will drastically decrease or stop. Support from an organization like DFI or ADSC may be a better option.
Why not charge for Advertising on the site?Subscription sites are very limiting and helical piers (or piles as we call them) need as much exposure as we can get.
Sell your list of eng, and subscribers :)
